2020 Independence Day
Be it in HUB or online, NFH enthusiastically celebrated our Independence Day even during pandemic time. Lock-down has locked us at our homes but our ideas, hope and nationalism are independent.
Ms Namita Sharma awarded “Women Icons 2020 Award”.
Ms. Namita Sharma founder of Namita’s Fitness Hub was felicitated with the Women Icons 2020 Award by the Smiles Foundation on Women’s International Day.
Ms Namita Sharma awarded “Naav Durga Award”.
Various organisations like Mahavikas Aghadi and Deccan Raja Foundation appreciated the effort of Namita's Fitness Hub on International Women's Day. Ms Namita Sharma was awarded with “Naav Durga Award”.
Republic Day 2020
Namita Sharma was invited as the Chief Guest at the Sanjeevni High school Seawoods Navi Mumbai at the cultural event on the occasion of Republic Day.The ceremony began with the hoisting of the tri colour, the pride of the nation followed by an inspiring speech where Namita shared her thoughts to the students. In her address she highlighted the significance of the day as they have honoured the Indian Flag and she asked all the students to honour it throughout their lives and never cause any kind of disrespect to the country. She also embedded the intrinsic values of good and responsible citizenship and how important it is to live a life of dignity ,intergrity,grace and gratitude.she also emphasised the importance of charity and how essential it is to do something for our own society which has done so much for us.she stated that children are the future of the nation and each one holds the potential to shape the course of history. It was followed by prize distribution.The students who won various cultural and literary competitions were felicitated by Namita Sharma. It was a memorable day with cherished memories that would last for a life time.
Garba 2019
NFH gears for Garbha with passion during Navratras every year.The Hub is decorated keeping in mind d Navratri and Garbha festive.A week long practice helps every fitness freak to built their stamina so that they could dance for longer hours with enthusiasm and zeal.During initial years this festive was celebrated at NFH itself in the respective batches ...the best dressed was awarded being d highlights.Later years the celebration grew bigger and NFH hosted the GARBHA NIGHTS at the WONDERS PARK with high octave music and foot tapping numbers.Everyone deck up in traditional and colourful attire adding more glamour to the evening.Each one looked their best that it was difficult to chose the best dressed.NFHites slip into their dancing shoes and the experience is simply great and memorable.
Ganesh Utsav 2019
Namita commemorated the festival by visiting a few pandals in and around Seawoods,NaviMumbai to ring in the celebration of elephant god' s arrival.She was accompanied by her students to offer prayers to Lord Ganesha and attended the Maha Arati too.
Student Induction Programme at Shah And Kutchhi Engineering College
Ms Namita Sharma conducted an induction programme on 'HEALTHY LIFESTYLE' for the first year students of Shah And Anchor Kutchhi Engineering College on 23rd August 2019,
Sports Day 2019
NFH held its first sports event at the Tandel Grounds on 14th July 2019.The event truly spoke about the importance of sports and physical activity in a fitness regime. NFHites wore the red T-shirt with the NFH logo launched by NFH brand.Cricket,football,volley ball,lemon and spoon,relay races,three legged race were some of the games played at the event.Namita also included a few 'desi' forgotten games like Lagori, Gilli Danda etc which was equally participated with full on enthusiasm and zeal.It was so innovative of her to create the NFH formation by the students with the flag of NFH soaring high followed by the prize distribution. Along with unlimited fun,laughter and wonderful moments every NFHite received prize as a token of appreciation.It was a flawless event and a historic one.

Christmas Celebration 2018
The hub is decorated keeping in mind the festive season.The Christmas tree,snowman,mistletoe,reindeer,be Ils,sleigh turns it into an enchanting land in the frozen region.Everyone gets in the spirit of Christmas and various carols are being played and workouts are tailor made to maintain the essence of the season.dress codes and colours too are kept to enhance the occasion. SANTACLAUS visits the hub and blesses one and all .It is so nostalgic to celebrate it as each one brings out the child in them.toffees are distributed and Santa promises to fulfill the wishes. The spirit of joy faith hope and giving rings in the festival and a renewal to the new year.
Ganesh Utsav 2018
NFH celebrated the Ganesh Utsav with the spirit and fervour of the festive mood.Namita was invited as the Chief Guest at sector 42A Ganesh pandal.She was honoured with a bouquet and a shawl as a token of love and respect and for her selfless service in the upliftment of the society. She inspired the audience with her spell bound speech.Namita felicitated all the children who won the cultural activities during the day.

NFH Carnival 2017- STAGES OF UNIVERSE
Stages of universe- the theme for Carnival 2017 was celebrated with utmost enthusiasm by the NFHites. Stages like pathal lok, dharti lok, swarg lok ,bollywood/hollywood were celebrated ,where the NFHites dressed according to the stages.
NFH Carnival 2016 - STAGES OF WOMANHOOD/MANHOOD
Kanya kumari One year Namita came up with an ingenious idea of taking her students through different stages of womanhood/ manhood. She chose the first theme as Kanyakumari/ Awara Kunwara where a girl/boy celebrate their college life. Dulhan The next phase was Dulhan Dulhari/ Dulha Bechara where NFhite turned themselves into brides and grooms. . Motapa The third theme was Maa Pyari/Baap Bechara where man and woman welcomed motherhood and fatherhood. Sunder The next phase was Motapa Bhari, where people battled the dreaded obesity The last phase was Sundar Nari/Balwan Jawaan, where people joined NFH and how their lives changed for good. This phase showcased how the Fitness Guru Namita Sharma transformed their lives from fat to fit.
NFH Carnival 2015 - STAGES OF LIFE
Namita decided to take her students to different stages of life .Right from birth till old age she divided the age groups into three :childhood,middle age and old age. CHILDHOOD 0 to 25 years NFHITES decked up right from kids to college goers.A life which probably was a memory and here again it was indeed a second chance to relive them all over again MIDDLE AGE 25 to 50 This phase of life was lived with zeal by one and all.each one chose to deck up in those attired which they always wished to but couldn't due to circumstances. OLD AGE. NFHITES dressed up as oldies to get the feel of what that phase of life looks like. Each one tried to get into the skin of the character they portrayed. Lot of fun n humorous moments were witnessed. HALLOWEEN Each one looked their best in their respective Halloween costumes.The entire hub turned into a spooky web and there was so much of excitement and adventurous moments. NFHITES partied like there is no tomorrow with the spirits.
NFH Carnival 2014 - GROOMING FROM OUTSIDE
Fashion Designer -Renowned fashion designer miss savita was invited to NFH to discuss about clothes fashion and the trends.The session was thoroughly enjoyed by all Make up artist -Renowned make up artist miss pallavi was invited to the hub.She discussed discussed about different skin types and make up of various kinds.It was an exciting session. HAIR STYLIST -Renowned hairstylist miss pallavi demonstrated about various kinds of hairdo' s to the NFHITES.It was a nice experience to learn and understand about different kinds of hairstyles. MISS NFH or MR.NFH -After the three day sessions and varied knowledge NFHITES gathered about grooming and fashion ,a competition was held where each one had to groom and dress up based on what were taught in the sessions.The winners were given the title of MRS.NFH and MR.NFH.

Talent Hunt -NFH has always supported art.lt provides a platform for one and all to showcase n hone their talents.one explores one's talent here and Nfh becomes the podium. Many recognize their talents in Nfh.On various occasions the students of NFH have exhibited their unique talents. Over the years this place has held so many colourful carnivals with unique themes.various prizes are also introduced."The Best Dressed","Active Participation " are some of the denominations.... NFH once held a grooming session where the students got complete training in grooming from head to toe. After the completion a competition was held and the winners were the given the title of Miss NFH and MR.NFH. NFHites leave no stone unturned to live up to the themes with full of fun and enthusiasm. NFH came up with yet another innovative idea of putting up talent show and a cookery competition too .FOOD WITHOUT FIRE- The hub has become a podium for many to express themselves through art.so many writers, poets ,dancers, singers ,orators has been churned out of this institution. The list is endless.MASTI AT 60 - Masti at 60 All the parents and grandparents of NFHITES; the senior citizens were invited to NFH.Namita wanted them to have good time. The entire session was full of fun. They made to dance.It was totally an overwhelming experience for them .They felt very special and loved.

Goan - NFHITES brought in the colours and essence of goan culture. It was bright colourful n vibrant.goan music n goan dance enhanced the spirit of goa along with the attire. Arabic - NFHITES thoroughly enjoyed the elegance and mysticism of Arabia with this theme.minute attention was given to every detail to celebrate this culture in style Punjabi - The entire hub was done up in accordance to the theme.The Punjabi culture was brought in with music dance traditional clothes and in food too. Hawain - All wore floral and colourful dresses.flowers were also worn behind the ears.the HAWAIN music and dance made the ambience so enchanting. Bollywood - This theme was welcomed with an extra dosage of fun.Each one tried their level best to bring in their on-screen favourite characters along with their heroes and heroines. They worked on their attire and made their presence felt at the party.
